It can be hard to know if you have found the right coach, or if coaching is the right solution for you. Therefore, when you request my support, I offer you a one-hour free introductory session where you get a chance to know me better and learn more about positive psychology coaching.

• The cost of a standard face-to-face session (90 minutes) is £135 for individuals and £195 for couples (applicable to all on-going sessions).

• The standard hourly rate for video coaching (remote coaching) is £85 for individuals and £115 for couples.

I typically coach in person at an agreed venue (usually) in central London, which is convenient for most of my clients and me.

Alternatively, some clients may find it more convenient to have video coaching (virtual or remote coaching), which is more economical but not necessarily most effective.

My clients are always welcome to call or send emails between the sessions to ask a question or clarify a point while working on their action plan.

Note-1: For in-person, face-to-face coaching, I will travel to the venue of your choice at no extra cost, provided that your chosen venue is in central London. Otherwise, there would be a time and commuting cost, depending on the location of your selected venue.  Of course, you are always welcome to come to my preferred place, if it is convenient for you to travel to central London.

Note-2: For remote or video coaching, I use ZOOM, which is easy to use and accessible through various (desktop or mobile) devices. I’ll send you full instructions before our first formal session. Please note that if we convert to telephone coaching at any stage, fees remain the same. But if we change to in-person face-to-face sessions, fees will increase to reflect that change.

Payment and Registration Instructions

After the complimentary session, if you decide to continue with the Licensed Confidant (Reza) for coaching, you should 1) read and agree with the clients’ contract, 2) provide the necessary information (client’s info), 3) answer the initial assessment questions, and 4) pay the agreed fee for the first month, before we start our first session.

Payments should be made by bank transfer (or standing order) for the next month, at least a week before the first session of each month. Please use your surname as reference. I’ll send you the necessary information when I get the three forms mentioned above.

How can I cancel a session?

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must notify me at least 48 hours before the session is due to take place. When a session is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, it will be charged the full amount.
